Zienzi has over 21 years Board level experience, including chairing the Audit Committees for the South Africa Government Departments of Public Enterprises, Public Service Commission, and Gauteng Provincial Government Cluster 2. She was also an Audit Committee member of the South African Government Department of Mineral Resources.

Ode Ojowu is an eminent educationist and professor of Economics. He consulted at various times for the World Bank, UNDP, DFID-UK and Nigeria’s Federal and State Governments. A former Chief Executive of Nigeria’s National Planning Commission and Chief Economic Adviser to Former President Olusegun Obasanjo between 2004 to 2005. In 2008 Prof. Ojowu was appointed the Chairman of Governing Council of Benue State University. He is a member of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council (PEAC), and Chairman Benue State Economic Advisory Council (BEAC)

With a background in Legal, Alero has built her career in Marketing and Communication with over 18 years of experience in Strategy Development, Customer & Product Portfolio Management, Public & Media Relations, Integrated Marketing to mention but a few.

He is a seasoned and well decorated military officer, who retired after about 38 years of meritorious service. He belongs to the Elite Corps, the Nigerian Army Signals. He is a fellow of the National War College (now National Defence College) and Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers. Gen Ayoola brings to the table a convergence of skills based on a multi-disciplinary background and expertise with three Masters Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering; Strategic Studies; and International Law & Diplomacy. He was twice Director, Armed Forces Simulation Centre (War Gaming Centre), and Commander Special Task Force (OPERATION SAFE HAVEN) of the Nigerian Armed Forces. He was the Chief of Defence Research and Development at the Defence Headquarters, from where he retired.

Tobi graduated from the University of Lagos, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Environmental Design. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). He was a consultant for Lagos state Government with the Ministry of Environment, department of conservation and ecology. At Mind’s Eye Ltd, he facilitated the delivery of various notable construction projects in Lagos, Nigeria. He has a certificate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and is an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-African University, Lagos with a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Newaces Ltd, JAT Design Ltd and Nespaces Ltd. He has business interest and investment in real estate, agriculture and manufacturing.

A graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Lagos. Sir Amanambu worked briefly with the former National
Electricity Power Authority (NEPA), from where he joined the services of Warri Refinery and Petrochemical Company (WRPC), a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 1979. He rose to the position of Manager in Charge of Production Planning and Quality Control before his voluntary retirement in 2004 to join the private sector.
